New Season to Celebrate Ribbon Cutting for Upcoming Opening of Lexington Treatment Center, Expanding Access to Opioid Addiction Recovery Services
New Season Treatment Center, a leading provider of comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder, will celebrate the opening of its new Lexington Treatment Center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the program beginning at noon. Community leaders, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders are invited to attend the event at 1098 E. New Circle Road, Suite 160, Lexington, Kentucky 40505, where guests will enjoy light refreshments and tours of the new facility.
The ribbon cutting marks an important milestone in expanding access to evidence-based addiction treatment services in Central Kentucky and reflects New Season’s commitment to reducing the stigma surrounding opioid addiction while helping individuals access life-changing recovery resources. The center is expected to begin serving patients in the near future.
Located at the highly visible corner of East New Circle Road and Family Circle, the new Lexington Treatment Center is strategically positioned to provide convenient access to individuals seeking treatment and recovery support. The location offers ample parking for patients and staff and is accessible via public transportation, making it easier for those in need to receive care.
The center joins a thriving commercial and healthcare corridor that includes major retailers, restaurants, financial institutions, and medical providers such as Kentucky Urgent Care, CHI St. Joseph Health, Albert B. Chandler Hospital, and the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
In addition, ongoing infrastructure improvements by the City of Lexington, including enhanced street crossings, expanded sidewalks, and dedicated bike lanes, will further improve accessibility for patients traveling to and from the center.
“My mission within addiction medicine is to remove all barriers from treatment, stigmas, and silos that prohibit every individual from a successful life-changing outcome,” Maury Long, Regional Director for New Season’s Keystone Region, said. “The Lexington Treatment Center represents our continued commitment to ensuring individuals have access to compassionate, evidence-based care close to home.”
“Access to quality addiction treatment can transform lives, strengthen families, and create healthier communities,” Laura Frederick, Program Director of the Lexington Treatment Center, said. “I am honored to lead this new facility and work alongside our dedicated team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals seeking recovery. We look forward to becoming a trusted resource for Lexington and helping more people take the first step toward lasting recovery.”
The Lexington Treatment Center will offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and comprehensive recovery services designed to help individuals overcome opioid addiction and build sustainable pathways to recovery. New Season’s patient-centered approach combines medical care, counseling, and recovery support services tailored to each individual’s needs.
