Jason Brooks, PhD, MBA

Dr. Jason Brooks is the Senior Vice President, People Experience for New Season.  For 30 years, Dr. Jason Brooks has helped executives, leaders and teams from startups to multi-billion dollar organizations unlock their full potential and achieve maximum performance. He has led public and private organizations in all phases of lifecycle including start-up, high-growth, and exit via recapitalization and strategic acquisitions. He has the exceptional ability to drive transformational change and build high-performing and high-trust cultures through challenging company integration, turnarounds and transformations. Prior to joining New Season in 2022, Jason was responsible for all leadership and organizational development strategy and programs for Amedisys, a $2.4B home health and hospice company. He spent almost 7 years in behavioral health and addiction treatment, first at American Addiction Centers and then as co-founder and Chief People Officer of Addiction Campuses which grew from startup to 760 beds in multiple states in just over four years. He also served in executive leadership roles for organizations in multiple industries including consulting, healthcare, distribution and hospitality. Jason is a passionate learner and teacher. He earned his doctor of philosophy in psychology degree, master of business administration, master in mental health counseling, and bachelor of science in management from Purdue University, along with multiple credentials and certifications.
