Since being in recovery I have been able to put my energy where it belongs. I have been able to revive my business and put more time and effort into my family. I have also been able to find my calling and work towards my goals with a clear mind. I'm able to be a mother and a wife again without fear. My family supported my decision and continue to help me through this so I'm not going to let them or myself down.
There are not enough words in the English dictionary to describe the absolute wonderful treatment that I received at the Broward County facility. I am a married, professional and mother of four. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity while guest dosing at this facility. Treena was especially helpful, warm, kind, caring with the greatest example of Southern Hospitality.
Do NOT even give it a second thought! If you want to be treated like a human being with a brain, feelings and a beating heart suffering from a sickness that has every right to be treated as any other sickness, then this is the ONLY place you need to consider. I mean that.
Being in this treatment program has most definitely improved my life. My counselor is very helpful and I know I can talk to her about anything without judgement. The director of the Hickory Clinic is amazing to say the least. I can go to him any day of the week with any issue and he will always listen and help me resolve the situation. I have always been treated like a person instead of a number and I'm so very thankful to the staff for helping me because without this program I would be dead!

Saved my life from almost 20 years of opiates. Still recovering but it's been a roller coaster for me, the staff has been great.
I finally have my life back. The life addiction has stolen from me. I value the relationships with my family, my finances and my overall well being again. Seeking recovery is scary, learning how to live day by day without your crutch is very intimidating. Make that first step and you will wonder why you did not do it sooner. It saved my life, saved my marriage, it has saved ME!
This Clinic has been nothing short of a miracle for me. They will come to me with open arms when I was at my worst. With no judgement and courteous professionalism I was held from the very first minute up until now a year later. The director is a godly man who was I believe put on this Earth to do what he's doing. The Doctor was also given a gift from God to do what he's doing and working with people like me to help us get better and get our lives back. The nurses the counselors and all the staff there are dedicated professional and courteous. My treatment plan was made just for me by my awesome counselor and is catered to every thing that I need. Especially if something comes up in my life we can tackle it head-on so that I don't lose my way and if I do it's handled quickly and I am putting right back on track.
Just make an appointment, walk in and let the healing begin, (I didn't say it was easy), but anything worth having isn't easy.
I got my life back! I have struggled with addiction since 1989 when MMTC showed up in 1992, it was a miracle for all of us in Montgomery Alabama who wanted help! This program and my treatment has been a miracle for me!! I have a relationship with my kids, family, and a great marriage. I am such a better person because of it. Thank you MMTC and all your staff for all y'all do!!!! Take that step, it will be the biggest thing positive that u can do!
This clinic honestly has changed my life in the best ways. The counselors listen and really make you feel able to talk about the real issues at hand, and to accept that we’re not alone and that addiction can be in many forms. I have been sober now for almost 2 years, and my relationship with my family is improving greatly and my self confidence and self worth has increased tremendously. My family is including me more in family functions, and I can tell a huge difference in myself and how I interact and parent my daughter. It works if you want it.
It can and will save your life if you take it seriously.
It has helped tremendously and makes you feel that you can go forward with life, that you're not stuck in a revolving door.
