This was another great year of growth, clinical excellence, and employee engagement.growth, clinical excellence,2025 saw us reach the highest census of patients in the companys 39-year history. This means we were able to treat more individuals struggling with opioid addiction than ever before. This past year, several of our key initiatives were realized. We and employee engagement opened 26 additional Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs), bringing our total programs to 53. The clinical outcomes for patients enrolled in our IOPs have been transformative, reecting signicant breakthroughs in long-term stability. Over the past year, New Season grew to 90 treatment centers in 20 states. Our revenue grew over 9% from 2024 to 2025.We invested more in our team members in 2025. We rolled out additional leadership training courses and created a more intentional onboarding for our leaders. Our continuous evaluation of industry wages has allowed us to remain competitive but actually drove down our overall turnover to the lowest in many, many years.This year, we have been able to signicantly increase our payor relations and contracting. We are able to o\x1der our patients more options to move from self-pay to third party reimbursement. We accomplished this by obtaining more insurance contracts and landing signicantly more grants and settlements over prior years.Our Denovo market and evaluation model received a boost in 2025 that will allow us to open 8-10 Denovos per year for the next several years. Additionally, we rolled out more mobile medication units and will look to expand that service as well. We also completed our rst acquisition in many years with the addition of Private Clinic North in northwest Georgia.As we look to 2026, we are very excited about opening 8 new treatment centers and expanding our mobile unit capabilities. We have also begun adding Primary Care services to our healthcare facilities with 28 already underway.
