Coming This Year to a Center Near You!

Engage App Setup

Step 1

Download the Engage app from "App Store" or "Google Play."

Step 2

Once downloaded, the app will ask you to "Log In" or "Register for a New Account."

Step 3

Setup Account: a) Enter your phone number (IMPORTANT: See your counselor to confirm they have the same phone number entered into the "More" section of your patient profile); b) Enter your date of birth.

Step 4

A 6-digit security authentication code will be sent to your phone.

Step 5

On the "Check-In" tab, search for your center and select "Select As My Center."

Step 6

Select "Validate Your Account." The name and address of the treatment center will be displayed at the top of your phone screen.

Step 7

Your counselor may now send you a test notification.

Engage App Payment Setup

Click the three lines (=) displayed in the upper left corner
Click "Payments"
Enter credit/debit card number and click "Save"
Click the "Account" button at the bottom
Click "Make Payment"
Enter amount
