Partnering with 904 Health, J&C Healthcare Center, Mehul Daulat Zia Internal Medicine Associates and Inmuhealth to Provide Primary Care Services to Our Patients<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At New Season Treatment Center<\/strong><\/a>, our mission has always been to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that supports the whole person<\/em>\u2014not just their recovery journey, but their overall well-being. We\u2019re excited to share our latest step in expanding this vision: partnerships with 904 Health<\/strong><\/a>, J&C Healthcare Center<\/strong><\/a>, Mehul Daulat Zia Internal Medicine Associates and Inmuhealth<\/strong><\/a> to bring primary care services<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>directly to our patients across multiple centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These collaborations are designed to make it easier for our patients to access preventive health services, manage chronic conditions, and receive continuous care\u2014all within a trusted environment they already know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whole-Person Care Through Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Through these partnerships, patients now have access to Primary Care<\/strong><\/a> and Infectious Disease Services<\/strong>, with Mental Health Services<\/strong> embedded at some of the primary care sites with the goal of integration in all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cProviding these services within our centers helps remove barriers to care,\u201d Amanda Hudak, the vice president of operations and program services, said. \u201cPatients can address both their physical and behavioral health needs in one place, improving long-term outcomes and overall quality of life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Already, the results have been remarkable. The integration of Primary Care in our Treatment Centers have supported the treatment of over 2,000 patients.  Amongst that data, 102 patients have been treated for Hepatitis C, resulting in 60 cures.  This is just one data point in the many outcomes that we are beginning to see and collect; but, overall are seeing better patient engagement in treatment as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBy offering access to primary care and wellness services, we\u2019re seeing transformations in our patients\u2019 lives,\u201d Hudak said. \u201cThey\u2019re taking control of their health, maintaining consistency in treatment, and building confidence in their recovery.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
